Fritz Penn is the owner and instructor for Penn Security Training and Consulting. He is a seasoned professional with over twenty five years experience in the industry of healthcare surrounding security operations. He has had notable success with implementation of new technologies not seen in other healthcare facilities. Additionally, he has proven leadership skills in management efficiency for multiple locations.
His passion for excellence is demonstrated in his strong commitment to have his department as a team excel in company standards. He strives to continual improve security operations within the healthcare scope by implementing strategies to improve Life Safety and constantly analyzing potential risks. He believes that assessing and evaluating risk is a key element for company success in order to implement effective solutions.
Fritz has successfully implemented operational efficiencies to streamline service and coordination of care. He has been the main point person for Disaster Recovery/Contingency Planning by holding the position of chair for the Emergency Operation Committee. He is OSHA certified with vast direct experience with DOH/JACHO evaluations and regulations in addition to fire safety and inspection certifications.

He is certified in : FIRE SAFETY DRILL AND EVACUATION, OSHA HAZARD RECOGNITION TRAINING, CPR/AED COURSE FOR ADULT/CHILD INFANT, NURSING HOME EMERGENCY RESPONSE TRAINING AND FEMA IS-0005/100/200/700/800/906/907 as well as a LICENSED SECURITY GUARD INSTRUCTOR.
